After six years of pause and two years of rebuilding… We’re THRILLED to announce Just Communities of Arkansas’ OurTown for Teens is BACK!

OurTown for Teens is a transformational, no-cost leadership program designed to help young people bridge differences, build empathy, and strengthen their capacity to lead in diverse communities.

In October 2025, 20 teen delegates and adult leaders from across Arkansas came together to engage in deep listening, story-sharing, identity exploration, and honest conversations about bias, belonging, and community systems.

Through immersive activities and courageous dialogue, they practiced navigating conflict, building trust, and leading with compassion. OurTown is more than a camp — it is a catalyst for young leaders committed to shaping a more inclusive and equitable Arkansas.
